Roadmap from Stage 4 Restrictions - Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria

The Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal is implementing the Government’s Road Map from Stage 4 Restrictions across our Metropolitan Melbourne locations and across regional Victoria.

Metropolitan Melbourne

In compliance with Step 1 and Step 2, the Tribunal will continue to operate at reduced capacity to ensure compliance with current social distancing policies.

When permissible, the Tribunal will move to Step 3, which will allow the Tribunal to operate at an increased capacity and to enable the resumption of processing all applications.

Also, please be advised that email is our preferred method of contact with the Melbourne Registry. On receipt of an email from you, we will endeavour to contact you by email or phone as quickly as we can.

Regional Victoria

In compliance with Step 3, for Regional Victoria, the Tribunal will be processing all applications.

The Tribunal will continue to list applications, where appropriate, using Webex for directions hearings and hearings. When permissible in Steps 3 and 4, subject to social distancing requirements, it may be possible to list in-court hearings.
