Victorian Government Recovery Road Map

The Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal is implementing the Government’s COVID Road Map  across our Metropolitan Melbourne locations and across regional Victoria.

In compliance with the Victorian Government's Road Map, the Tribunal  has resumed the processing of all applications and continues to operate at reduced capacity to ensure compliance with current social distancing polices.

The Tribunal will continue to list applications, where appropriate, using Webex for directions hearings and hearings. When permissible in Steps 3 and 4, subject to social distancing requirements, it may be possible to list in-court hearings.
