Abstract
The Chief Magistrate on 9 March 2021 created an Instrument of Delegation to Tribunal Officers. This Practice Direction develops procedures to ensure that the purpose and objectives of the Tribunal Officer List pursuant to the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 1996 can be achieved.
