Abstract
This Guideline is an aid for Tribunal Members, Tribunal Officers and Registrars in awarding financial assistance for expenses relating to counselling reports and sessions and is effective from 16 January 2024. This Guideline replaces Guideline 2 of 2023 from 16 January 2024.
