New Tribunal Officer List - Melbourne
In November 2020 the VOCA Act was amended to enable the Chief Magistrate to delegate powers to a new class of decision maker known as Tribunal Officers.
Remote Counselling
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Tribunal is in a position to authorise payment for remote psychological or counselling sessions.
